These new homes have been shortlisted as Ireland’s best in the RIAI awards

The Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland opened the residential home award category to the public vote and this year’s shortlist is brimming with beautiful buildings.

From luxury apartments to pebble dash revamps, and private one-off houses to public and private housing developments set around communal greens, this year’s shortlist is incredibly diverse.

Voting for this year has closed, but it’s well worth having a look through photographs of the stunning shortlisted properties.
