Covid-19 lockdown did many things for many people and allowed them time to explore things they sometimes thought of doing.
Some grew beards for the first time (hold your hand up Pat Quirke).
Some exercised differently (or more) than before.
Some read. Some wrote.
Some cooked. Some baked. Most of us ate!
I think everyone had time to think and recognise what needed to change in their life and business. The banning of physical viewings brought our pipeline of future business to an almost complete halt as prospective buyers could not “see” the homes they may have been interested in buying. Lockdown was not pleasant but amongst other things, it allowed us time to develop our new website which has expanded our on-line capability with video, virtual tours, buyer registration, on-line bidding and on-line auctions. Recognising that video was a vital part of our marketing into the future, we did a lot of research and appointed Design Bricks to develop a site for us.
