Writing this Friday midday, coming to the end of the first week after lockdown and we have been exceptionally busy. The level of pent-up demand has been huge and viewings, offers and sales took place all week. We have a large number of New to Market properties coming over the next couple of weeks and we expect that demand will continue strong for all classes of property. Thanks to our new website, video is becoming a larger part of our marketing. Marc is busy taking video of new and existing properties and is uploading them to the website as soon as they are ready.
